April 7, 2006

PLEASANT GROVE, UT — In an effort to better serve their customers, and bring costs down, Alpine Plastics has moved their production facilities from Orem, Utah, to Denver, Colorado.  This brings their production closer to most of their customers, cutting down on both shipping costs, and time products are spent in transit.

The products that are currently being produced in Denver are, three of the ever-popular Colonial Baluster family, the 1 ½, 1 ¼ and 1 3/8.  The Belly Baluster, growing in its popularity is also being produced in Denver, as well as the specially designed Fluted and Teardrop Baluster.

Alpine Plastics continues to maintain their production facilities in Youngstown, Ohio, as well.  The Youngstown plant produces, 1 1/2, and 7/8 x 1 ½ Colonial Balusters, French, Traditional, and Classic Balusters.  It is also home to the attractive 5 x 5 Colonial Porch Post.

Continually on the lookout for ways to improve production and make the consumer happier, Alpine Plastics believes this move to Denver will help their customers exponentially.
